Nominate young people whose gifts, questions, creativity, moral concern, or service deserve attention. Reach beyond public speakers, clergy children, and those who already hold formal roles.

Nominate young people. Accompany their growth. Respect their freedom. Nomination is an act of recognition rather than ownership.
Does nomination guarantee admission?
No. The Institute conducts an independent admission and care review. A church or group may not condition nomination upon membership, attendance, doctrinal agreement, unpaid service, or a promise to enter ministry.
What may our organization contribute?
Partners may offer trusted contacts, meeting space, transportation, service opportunities, financial support, and continued encouragement under a written agreement.
May our clergy or volunteers serve as shepherds?
Possibly. Nomination does not grant access to participants. Every adult must complete the Institute’s selection, screening, preparation, and supervision process.
May we recruit participants?
Partners may describe opportunities in approved group settings. They may not treat Callings as a private recruitment pool or pressure a participant to accept a church, school, or professional path.
