What may a host provide?
A host may provide residential space, studios, classrooms, meals, transportation, security, professional guides, archives, service sites, staff, and financial support.
Who has authority after an incident?
The written agreement names the incident lead, safeguarding lead, family contact, reporting duties, record holder, and public communications lead. A partner’s internal review may not delay a legally required report.
Whose policies govern?
The agreement compares policies before the program begins. Applicable law controls. The parties use the more protective lawful rule when standards differ.
How are insurance and responsibility divided?
Responsibility follows actual control. Agreements address liability, vehicles, workers’ compensation, property, cyber risk, and event cancellation.
