The Commune Institute collects only what it needs to respond to you and to care well for participants.

When you send a message, join the interest list, nominate a young person, or register for a gathering, we receive the details you enter in that form, such as your name, email address, affiliation, and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use your information to answer you, to plan gatherings, and to arrange accessibility, dietary, and care support. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Sensitive and youth information

Information about a young person, a family, or an access need is shared only with the people who need it to provide care or support. Consent to participate in Callings is separate from any permission for publicity, fundraising, research, or publication.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions as long as needed for program administration and charitable recordkeeping. You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it.
